Researchers from Computer Science win best paper award at the TAROS conference
Dr Clare Dixon, Dr Matt Webster and Professor Michael Fisher, from the Department of Computer Science, along with collaborators Dr Joe Saunders and Professor Kerstin Dautenhahn from the University of Hertfordshire, won best paper award at this year's TAROS conference with the paper "The fridge door is open" - Temporal Verification of a Robotic Assistant's Behaviours.
TAROS (Towards Autonomous Robotic Systems) is aimed at the presentation and discussion of the latest results and methods in autonomous robotics research and applications. TAROS offers a friendly environment for robotics researchers and industry to take stock and plan future progress.
