The Department of Computer Science is one of the most active and lively in the University. Founded in 1982, the Department of Computer Science has grown into a major centre for teaching and research in all aspects of computing and IT.

The Department of Computer Science has 15 Professors, 37 Academic and Research Staff, 9 Administrative and 4 Technical Support Staff.

We have in the region of 70 Research Students, 80 MSc Taught Students and 700 Undergraduate Students.
